I started my Shipping career in 1976 and subsequently in 1989 started my own shipping business under the name of Ocean Wave Shipping Ltd as Managing Director. and switched over to my family Ltd company Uni-Global Business Ltd. in 2004.

I am an impressive gamut of experience in the fields of shipping and logistics since 2004 while completed MBA from the UK. I have 16 years experience that spans almost all aspects including Liner Agency, NVOCC, Tramp Agency, Chartering & all types of vessel operation, LCL consolidation, International Freight Forwarding, etc.

Dr. Hasina Islam Shima, Director (HR) look after Human Resources (HR) of Uni-Global Business Ltd, Dhaka since 2012. She is well experienced in HR related works of Uni-Global Business Ltd. Dhaka, Chattogram & Mongla and controlling the entire administration of the company efficiently.
